Maberly & Co was founded by one of New Zealand’s leading TMT lawyers, Corin Maberly, who sought to challenge the way commercial legal services were provided to corporates by creating an environment where collaborative, innovative, efficient, client-centric thinking could thrive. Whilst Maberly & Co has grown significantly it still remains a small, nimble, focused team that love to challenge traditional thinking.

 

All our lawyers are highly experienced specialists each with unique expertise and skills. Most have over a decade of experience in both top tier firm private practice and in-house legal environments. Members of our team have worked in legal and non-legal roles in Asia Pacific, Middle East, United Kingdom, and Canada, all of which has given us an understanding of not only the legal, but also the business, social and cultural environments of doing business outside of New Zealand.
