Government Procurement/Defence
As a member of the All of Government External Legal Services Panel, and with significant experience in advising both the Government and private sector entities contracting with the Government, Maberly & Co can assist NZ or overseas based businesses doing business with the NZ Government. We are the only law firm in New Zealand with a practice dedicated to the defence sector. Recently we have assisted a multinational client with its bid strategy and compliance with the Government Procurement Rules in relation to a multi-billion dollar project. We have also been involved with an RFP process and contract negotiation relating to a major Government hosted event and ongoing procurement support for a large government organisation.
